Where We Build

John's Island is one of Vero Beach's most private barrier-island communities, set between the Indian River and the Atlantic. More of our work sits here than anywhere else on the island, across both ground-up custom homes and full remodels, work that has to meet the community's standards and the demands of a coastal environment.
