Our Communities
Where We Build
We build and remodel across Vero Beach's barrier-island and coastal communities. These are the areas where our work is concentrated.

John's Island is one of Vero Beach's most private barrier-island communities, set between the Indian River and the Atlantic. More of our work sits here than anywhere else on the island, across both ground-up custom homes and full remodels, work that has to meet the community's standards and the demands of a coastal environment.

Central Beach and Riomar sit side by side in the heart of Vero Beach, on the barrier island between the Indian River and the Atlantic. Riomar is among the island's oldest enclaves, reaching from the ocean to the river's edge, defined by mature landscaping and a quiet, settled feel; Central Beach is a walkable stretch of established lots and classic coastal character. Our work across both ranges from ground-up custom homes to careful remodels, each built to sit comfortably among its neighbors.

South Beach runs along the southern end of Vero Beach's barrier island, close to the water and shaped by it. Our work here covers both new custom homes and full remodels, built for the light, the salt air and the way these houses are actually lived in.

Windsor and Orchid Island sit side by side north of Vero Beach, known for considered architecture and a coastal design language. Work here is held to a measured standard, and we build to suit it.
