The First Deliverables
The PPE, preliminary project evaluation, follows the consultation with an analysis of where your project currently sits, what is needed, or if you have a fully developed and designed set of documents, this is when your initial bid and scope documents are developed and presented.

Collaboration and VE
After agreeing to work together, we collaborate on any open questions, opportunities, and value engineering to produce the best possible project including the finishes, timeline, and budget.

Production
All of our diligent planning is put to use in the execution of your new custom home. Your production team brings your grandest vision to life with clear and consistent communication throughout the entire schedule. Good news or bad, we'll be with you all the way.

Final Delivery and Beyond
Once we're all wrapped up and the protection is pulled back, your new home will be ready to show. From here on out, we seldom have a client that doesn't become a dear friend whom we have the pleasure of serving for years to come.
